Debbie A. Noon
Administrator
Ms. Noon serves as the firm's administrator. For more than twenty-five years, she has worked closely with Mr. Starfield on all facets of firm administration and management, and is an invaluable resource for clients and staff.
She is responsible for the supervision and management of staff personnel, coordination and implementation of company benefit programs, maintaining the firm's financial records and insurances, and performs all of the firm's accounting functions. In addition, the general day-to-day operations are dependent upon her supervision and instruction.
Ms. Noon has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators since 1996 and is a member of the Independence Chapter.
