Ethan Smith and Janet Dery Named 2008 Rising Stars
Mr. Smith, for the fourth year in a row, has been named by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a 2008 Pennsylvania Rising Star. For the second year in a row, Ms. Dery has been named as a 2008 Pennsylvania Rising Star. This designation is given to a select group of attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. After tallying the votes from Pennsylvania Super Lawyers (itself an elite group of attorneys) those individuals selected as Rising Stars represent the top 2.5 percent in the state.
